The Danelectro Cool Cat Transparent Overdrive has the tone to feed your need. The CTO-2 features metal casings, metal jacks, and true bypass. The Danelectro Cool Cat Transparent Overdrive features tone which ranges from transparent boost to a glassy crunch.  You dial in your tone using the adjustable tone, gain, and treble/bass mix. The CTO-2 also features 6dB of boost at minimal volume and maximum gain. DIP switches within the battery compartment add an additional 6dB of boost for clean or over-driven tones based on the gain setting.
